Hi there! I’m Jimmy Niekamp, a seasoned designer and art director hailing from Kansas City.
My career began with an exciting chapter in the Big Apple. In the fashion mecca of New York City, I found my niche as a graphic designer. My innovative designs and keen eye for aesthetics thrived in the fast-paced world of high-end fashion, where every visual detail had to be on point. For 16 years, my creative spirit flourished in this vibrant metropolis.
Driven by an innate passion for design and an itch for change, I decided to return to Kansas City. Here, I embarked on a new adventure, delving into the world of interior design. With an eye honed in the fashion industry, I applied my artistic flair to the realm of interior spaces, transforming houses into homes and creating environments that tell unique stories.
Away from my desk, I enjoy finding design inspiration through vintage shopping, renovating my 1930s Tudor house, and playing with my rescue pup - a Shiba Inu named Britney Spears.
